THE POTTERS OF CHAPIN© will hold their 10th annual Christmas Pottery Sale on November 27 through November 29 at the Chapin Chamber of Commerce Building next to Chapin High School.
The sale will feature a range of ceramic arts from functional food-safe, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe dinnerware to imaginative artistic show pieces. Each of the five Potters of Chapin—Judy Cox, Katy Brown, Adrienne Chapelle, Suzanne Sievers, and Penny Burke—specialize in different aspects of the ceramic arts, and this leads to a wide variety of pieces available for the annual sale.

Morgan Associates, Inc., 1254 Chapin Road, is a drop off for Toys for Tots.
The Chapin Arbor Day Committee is seeking donations for this year's project. A $100 donation buys one 8-foot-tall willow oak or red maple. Boy Scout Troop 870 will be helping with the planting. For more information, or to suggest tree planting locations, please contact Gerald Meetze at 600-4721 or David Knight at 345-6540. Checks should be written to David Knight Attorney Trust Account, P.O. Box 22, Chapin, SC 29036.
Boland’s True Value Hardware is having a BIG Thanksgiving sale!!!!!! Stop by on Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday for GREAT savings! Also Ladies stop in and get your Coupon to shop on December 3th from noon till 6.oo pm and get all your guys and gals taking care of this Christmas with great help from our sale associate. There is something for everyone from Big Easy oil-less cookers, to table and chairs. Look in the Lake Murray News for our ad this week!!
